"Amazing Attorney!"

Brett McIntosh was my attorney in a drug case in which I was arrested for four felony drug possessions. I hired Brett before I was arrested, because i knew it was coming after a long investigation. I found Brett through word of mouth. I was in a class with someone that had a similar drug possession, and Brett did incredible things for him. Brett walked me through every step of the process and really alleviated a lot of my anxiety. He discussed options, likely outcomes, and went for the best-case-scenario. When I was arrested, the booking Sheriff was filling out the paperwork and asked if I had an attorney. I responded, "Brett McIntosh." His only response while writing his name on the booking sheet was, "Good attorney." And he said it in a way that he obviously meant it sincerely. In the end, Brett's relationships with the prosecutors, judges, police and other court personnel paid off for me and I ended up with the best-cas-scenario. "Case involving a Juvenile"

My 16 y/o son was facing 3rd degree felony charges for something he didn't do. After hearing Brett is the best criminal defense attorney in town, I hired him, and was not disappointed! Brett is passionate about the law and people's rights and recommended we fight this. We could've just bowed down and went thru the juvenile probation system, but what would that be teaching my son? He's a good kid & applying for college scholarships...having a record would've ruined so many things he's worked so hard for. We could not have done this without Brett. "Amazing lawyer!"

I unfortunately got myself into a second DUI situation that was possibly winnable, and Brett pushed it as far as he could take it, even informing me of how the police officer was going to testify to give me a chance to accept a plea agreement (which i did) . Let me remind you I could've taken this to court with a chance to win, but it would have been my word against the police officers, a risk i didn't want to take. With the plea agreement and in front of the Judge, Brett made me look great making great and valid points for the Judge to accept his offer over the states with certain stipulatioins, i'm not going into specifics but alot of people don't get half a good of deal on their first DUI. Brett was very thorough, he did a great job and well respected in the court room. He comes highly recommended by me, just hope I don't require his expertise again.
