Brett worked on my case for almost over a year. He put so much time and effort into my case it was unbelievable. We ended up going to trial. The trial lasted three days, and Brett and Kevin never stopped fighting. They put so much heart into everthing they did. We won that trial, and I was found innocent. If it wasn't for Brett, I don't think I'd be where I am today. Seriously, in my opinion, Brett and his team are the best lawyers I could have asked for!

"The Absolute Best"

After being arrested for something that I was not responsible for, I sought legal assistance. I met with several attorneys before deciding Mr. McIntosh was the best candidate. The circumstances of my arrest were very stressful for me. Mr. McIntosh expressed my need to be patient to let the case work out. He was always very courteous and professional, as was his co-counsel and legal secretary. My many phone calls and emails were promptly answered. My mind was set at ease many times when I contacted Mr. McIntosh to see how things were progressing, he made the situation much less stressful. I was very comfortable in trusting and believing in Mr. McIntosh and his legal advice. As my case progressed I was offered a plea by the state that I was not comfortable accepting, as I was not guilty of the charge against me. Mr. McIntosh was very forthcoming of what the consequences could be if we went to trial and it did not go my way. He also gave me the courage to believe that the truth is what I needed to stand by. We proceeded to trial, I was very scared but trusted Mr. McIntosh that the truth would come out. The charges were dropped before trial. I do not believe another attorney would have worked as diligently as he did to show the prosecutor what the facts were or to guide me to stand up for myself as he did. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. I hope to never need the assistance of another attorney again, but in the event I did...he is the only attorney I would call.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Brett McIntosh, for being in his element, patience, and a great role model. His diligence, self-motivation as well as his dedication have been a source of inspiration and confidence to work toward my legal degree. Mr. McIntosh agreed to represent me and I am 5 counties away. I originally hired Mr. McIntosh on 8/05, after 6 months of dealing with an incompetent Public Defender. The first time I spoke to Mr. McIntosh, he request a profile and listened to my version of the event leading to the arrest. For 6 months I was number 11-2018-MM-XXXX, I was no longer a person or had a name. Within one weeks of hiring Mr. McIntosh, an offer was made. Mr. McIntosh educate and listen to all and any questions I may have. He never coerce and was patient. On 8/20, my first court appearance with Mr. McIntosh, he elaborately introduce me to the judge, “he made the judge see me”. The day before the hearing, the judge denied his order for continuance. Criminal Defense Attorney, Brett McIntosh, has had a reputation in Manatee and Sarasota Counties for a very long time as an attorney who fights for his clients no matter the circumstances! I am sure that reputation will and continue to grow for many more years as Brett is the real deal and will do all he can to reach the best, most fair result for his clients. My family recently had an unfortunate experience resulting in an exaggerated felony charge on a juvenile. After consulting with Brett, it was clear that he was fair, honest and extremely skilled in his practice area.
