"Case involving a Juvenile"

My 16 y/o son was facing 3rd degree felony charges for something he didn't do. After hearing Brett is the best criminal defense attorney in town, I hired him, and was not disappointed! Brett is passionate about the law and people's rights and recommended we fight this. We could've just bowed down and went thru the juvenile probation system, but what would that be teaching my son? He's a good kid & applying for college scholarships...having a record would've ruined so many things he's worked so hard for. We could not have done this without Brett. He is very professional, knowledgeable & thorough. He's very confident in his abilities, as he should be. When he walked into the courtroom, you could tell how well respected he was by the other attorneys, as well as the cops and even the judge! He's definitely somebody you want on your side. Brett McIntosh took on my case after I fired another attorney and he was very fair and honest with me. Most lawyers I hired previous to Mr. McIntosh would promise whatever you wanted to hear in consultation then when they received the money things would change. Mr McIntosh was completely honest with me and even gave me a discount because of the 7,000 paid to the previous lawyer. When we got to court not did he only get everything he thought he could he actually did better. "Criminal Felony charges"

Mr. McIntosh did not set me up for failure. He did not sugar coat my charge or lie to me at any point, he was straight forward and up front about everything. He is as I was told an Attorney that State Prosecutors want to avoid at all costs due to his immense experience, his court procedure and the fight he goes out of his way to defend his clients. Mr. McIntosh is that and much more if you find yourself looking at the wrong side of the law for any reason I urge you to contact him without any doubt what so ever. He had my case dismissed without me even having to go to court once. I spent 20 years in the Military and I'm telling my fellow Brothers and Sisters here to find Brett if you have legal issues. "Brett gave me my life back"

Brett came highly recommended to me by several other lawyers whom I hold in high regard. Brett was more than fair in his fees and he even charged me significantly less than the price we agreed on. He leveled with me on exactly what to expect each step of the way and never gave me false hope. Brett countered negotiations with the state to make a deal but I ultimately didn't feel comfortable accepting and Brett supported my decision. He told me what to expect if we went to trial and what the repercussions could be if things didn't go my way. I was terrified but continually reassured by those I know in the business that I had the right guy in my corner. I was also nervous at the notion of testifying but Brett gave me confidence to do so. On the day of trial Brett picked up on even the subtlest of inconsistencies and mounted an excellent defense on my behalf. Even up until the end of the trial, it seemed as if the verdict could go either way, but Brett's closing statements to the jury were incredibly compelling and ultimately landed a not guilty verdict. Brett isn't only a damn good lawyer, he's a damn good man and I am forever grateful for his services
